Sat 12/3 - #6                “DRESS REHEARSAL & PHOTO DAY”                  

STUDIO A:

8:30 – 4:00      “Dressing Room” for all Females (Males use Changing Rooms)    

STUDIO B:                

9:00 – 10:00 -  KinderDance & Pre-Primary

Students in the Winter Frolic are excused from classes today and are encouraged to make-up during the week.  Call Studio for schedule.

STUDIO C:     PHOTO DAY (See separate schedule)

9:00 – 1:00      PHOTOS by RICK CIABURRI STUDIO

Individual Photos may be taken during the time of the group photo for that number!     

·        Please do not plan any other activities for your dancer on this day!

·        It is advised that all performers eat heartily prior coming to this Long Day!  Please pack small servings of bite-size, finger food healthy snacks (preferably nothing dry) to have during breaks, plus water.

·        It is advised that all personal dancewear and shoes are labeled with dancers’ initials!

·        All dancers MUST bring their own brushes, barrettes, hair pins, hair nets, and hair elastics in a labeled accessory pouch 

·        An over-sized shirt is necessary to be worn over their dancewear during snack breaks!  This is also for their privacy while in the shared dressing area. Please include street clothes, and in case of accidents please pack extra underpants!

DRESS REHEARSAL

THIS IS A MANDATORY DRESS REHEARSAL AT CDC

·        This is the first time our Costumer and Wardrobe Department will be seeing everyone together, which is why perfect attendance is crucial!

1:30    ALL Act I – Kingdom of the Sweets

2:30    ALL Act II – Winter Frolic

                           Finale will be set after Act II finishes

4:00    ALL CHILDREN DISMISSED –

·        All dancers must have properly hung up all of their costumes and must wait to be checked out by the wardrobe department, before leaving.

·        Please make sure your dancer has outerwear appropriate for late afternoon weather!
